Umu in America

I have had an amazing trip home, one that words just don't give justice.

This is a picture of a "traditional" Tongan Sunday Umu.
At least it is an American version of the delicious meal.
Tevita and I prepared a variety of foods that my family so graciously praised.

I'm happy to return to Tonga, but not looking forward to the journey.
I'll do a detailed post after my return.
It has been amazing spending precious time with family and friends. September will be here before I know it.
